How to count Stairs?
- Your Sports Watch or Smart Phone may be able to count them but we believe it is not accurate. It is great for tracking your daily fitness, but NOT for this competitive challenge.
- We suggest that once you find your staircase, you count how many stairs you have on the flight / floor. It is likely to be between 13 & 16. If you will climb multiple floors, count them all. they may not all be identical.
- You should still use your watch as a timer.
- You only need to count how many flight / floor you climb and how for the last one during the allotted time, yes, you will need to count the steps.
How to upload the count of stairs?
Registered athletes will receive a link for you to upload your count of stairs.
