Agenda:
We will do the 10km Donut loop together. It is not a race. However, it is not meant for pure beginners. You can join if you are capable of running 10km/75mins on the flat, knowing that this will be on rougher terrain with some incline. Advanced runners can optionally join for a second loop.
Bring a 1L hydration bag with water, Your buff / mask + Tawakkalna app . We will check.
